What do I do if my trial ended or a payment failed?
Add or update your card to get Lawnly working again, and what stays available meanwhile.
Add a card on the page Lawnly shows you, or update the card on file under Account. Everything you set up is saved and comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
Your trial ended
If your trial ended without a card on file, your dashboard shows "Your free trial has ended" and "Everything you set up is saved", with a card form. Enter the card and choose Add card — pay … today. Because the trial is over, the card is charged straight away, and the plan then renews each month. Details on the plan are in Your 14-day trial and the Lawnly plan.
A payment failed
If a monthly payment is refused, Account and Subscription show Payment Failed: "Your last payment couldn't be processed. We'll automatically retry — your access remains active in the meantime. Update your card now to avoid any service interruption." Choose Update Card and enter a card that works; Lawnly retries the charge with it straight away.
If the payment still has not gone through about a week after it was due, Lawnly locks until you pay and shows "Your payment didn't go through" with a card form.
You cancelled
After you cancel, you keep using Lawnly until the end of the period you already paid for. After that Lawnly shows "Your subscription has ended". Add a card to use it again.
What you can still reach while locked
The menu shows only Account and Log Out. You can open your Account pages, including Subscription. Other pages show the card form instead. Your customers, jobs, quotes and invoices are not deleted.
If you are not the owner
Ask the business owner or an admin to add the card.
In the mobile app
The app tells you the account is locked but does not show prices or a way to subscribe. Add the card on lawnly.com, then reopen the app.
