How does the 14-day free trial work, and what does Lawnly cost?
Every business gets a 14-day free trial with no card, then pays $300 a month to keep using Lawnly.
Every Lawnly business starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a card to start. After the trial, Lawnly costs $300 a month. There is one plan.
When the trial starts
The trial starts automatically when your business is created at sign-up. You do not have to turn it on. Each business gets one trial, and it cannot be restarted. If a new business is created with an email address that already had a trial, it starts without one and needs a card straight away.
Where to see your plan
Open Account at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. Your plan is at the top of the page: how many trial days are left, the date the trial ends, and whether a card is on file.
Add a card during the trial
On the Account page, while you are on the trial:
- Add card — $0 today. You keep the rest of your trial. The card is charged $300 on the day the trial ends, and monthly after that.
- Start subscription now — $300. The card is charged $300 today and the rest of the trial is skipped.
What happens on the last day
- You added a card: it is charged $300 when the trial ends, and your plan continues.
- You did not add a card: your access is locked when the trial ends. Everything you set up is saved, and you get it back as soon as you add a card.
Lawnly emails you 3 days before the trial ends.
Cancel the trial
Cancel Trial on the same page ends the plan without a charge. You are asked to confirm (Yes, Cancel Trial or Keep Trial). You keep access until the trial end date, then your subscription ends.
What the trial does not include
The public Job Board is available only with an active paid subscription. During the trial its tab says it is not included and offers to add a card.
The mobile app
The app does not show the price. To add a card or start paying, use the dashboard at lawnly.com; the app's Add card now button opens it in your browser.
