What does Lawnly do for my lawn care business?

Lawnly is software for running a lawn care business. You keep your customers, quote and schedule their work, send crews out on routes, and get paid, from a web dashboard and a mobile app. Every new business starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card.

What owners and managers use it for

The dashboard sidebar has a tab for each part of the business:

• Customers. Contact details, properties and cards on file. Bring in an existing list from the Upload tab (how).
• Private Jobs and Calendar. Create one-time or recurring jobs, then move them between days and crews.
• Invoices. Send an invoice, charge a card on file, or record a check or cash payment. Deposits show under My Payouts.
• Messages. Text and email customers from one place.
• Team. Invite people and give each one a role: admin, manager or crew.
• Business. Your business profile, invoicing and payment settings, photo rules for crews, routing and the mowing season.
• Job Board. Marketplace work you can pick up; it needs an active paid subscription.

Use the Create button at the top of the sidebar to start a customer or lead, a quote, a job, an invoice, a card request, a property or a route.

What crew members use it for

Crew members use the mobile app, and the Private Jobs tab on the dashboard, to see the work assigned to them, follow a route, start and complete jobs, and add photos. Quotes, invoices and payments are for owners and managers.

What waits until you are verified

You can add customers, create jobs and save drafts straight away. Sending a quote, sending an invoice and charging a card wait until your business is verified. See Get verified.
