How do I run my route from the mobile app?
Find your route in the Lawnly app, open each stop, get directions, and start and complete the jobs.
When you sign in to the Lawnly app as a crew member, it opens on My Routes. Tap a route, open its stops one by one, get directions, start the job, and complete it. Your manager builds routes and assigns them to you or your crew.
Find your route
- Open the app. My Routes lists each route assigned to you as a card: its name and date (for example "Help Crew nfls · Oct 9"), "0 of 1 stops completed", a progress bar, and the distance and time.
- If a route you expect is missing, pull down on the list to refresh, or close and reopen the app. With nothing assigned it says "No Routes Assigned. No routes have been assigned to you yet. Contact your manager for route assignments."
- Tap the card to open Route Details.
Route Details shows the stops done, the distance, a progress bar, and the numbered list of Stops with their address and status (Pending, In Progress, Completed).
The menu (☰) also has Timecard and Settings (your name, email and phone, the app version, Logout).
Work through the stops
- Tap a stop to open its job. A completed stop stays on Route Details.
- Tap the arrow button on a stop to open directions in your maps app.
Start and complete a job
Opening a stop takes you to the job's start screen: the address with Open in Maps, the location check and photos if your business requires them, Notify Customer, and Start Job. When the work is done, add completion photos if required and choose Complete Job. See How do I start and complete a job in the app, with photos?.
Come back to Route Details to see the next stop. The progress bar updates as stops are finished.
